Venus Williams made her return to the tennis court at Wimbledon this year

Venus answered very quickly when asked about her beginning.  At her 24th Wimbledon Championships, is she still excited about playing tennis at this level?

She answered quickly and said that she was very excited and it was a very interesting game for her

A swinging member of the Williams family in women's tennis is 43-year-old Venus, who recently returned to action after nearly five months with a hamstring injury she has described as a "nightmare."

That was on the heels of the 2022 tournament in which she competed and joined in just four tournaments — it was in August or September, which indicates she missed the first three Grand Slam tournaments in the same season, “including Wimbledon — and the 2021 tournament in which she combined.”  dozens only.

Williams said he would meet Elina Svitolina, she's a two-time major semi-finalist in a row, and at Center Court on Monday, it was her first day at the All England ClubYou have to deal with life.  And I've dealt with my life too, and most of the time, I'm always on top.

Syndrome, an autoimmune disease that saps energy and can also cause joint pain; she announced her diagnosis in 2011.

The most inspiring thing about her is her love of tennis. That love has swayed through her brilliant career. I also think you can watch the older players and you can sense that maybe they don't love her as much as they did when they first started. I don't have that feeling with Venus either.

Obviously, just her determination in every game, every ball as well. And I've watched two back-to-back matches of her in the last week. Just wanting to want every point is inspiring," said Gough in his wonderful speech.

Speaking after returning to the tour in April after having a baby the previous year, Svitolina says Venus loves playing here.  "It's really impressive. She's a great champion. She's achieved so much in her career. I don't know if I'm going to play at that age and be in such great shape, and play with such passion.

She hasn't had a win lately and that's why her recent winless streak has dropped Williams from the top 500 rankings.  Svitolina reached the #3 ranking and is now ranked 75th.

Both women received wild-card invitations for Wimbledon.

The questions I inevitably asked were whether Williams had planned when she would quit the sport (the reply came if she did, I wouldn't tell you) and whether she could see herself on tour at 50. It hadn't been done before: so it was  Someone is trying it, it will be me already 🙂 .

Another try: Could there be some kind of announced Serena-style farewell, allowing for a group farewell?

As she had said if she knew I wouldn't tell you, and after that Vagana had answered with a big laugh😂
